Aitra Terms of Service

1. The service

Aitra is a Chrome extension with a server at lt.vola.work. It shows LinkedIn messages, posts and comments in your own language, detects languages automatically across 39 languages, helps you write replies and comments in the other person's language with an AI coach, and translates text you select on any site from the right click menu.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use online services where you live if that is higher.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. An account is for one person; do not share it or use someone else's. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Free tier and fair use

Aitra is free for now, with a fair-use limit of 200 translations per day. We may change the limit, or introduce paid plans, and will tell you before a paid plan applies to you. Using the service in a way that goes around the limit or loads it abnormally can lead to suspension.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Aitra to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Do not automate it, script it, or use it to scrape LinkedIn or any other site.
• Follow LinkedIn's User Agreement and the rules of any site you use it on.
• You are responsible for every message and comment you send. Aitra never sends anything for you.
• Translations can be wrong. Read the result before you send it.

6. AI output

Translations and coach notes are produced by AI models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or miss tone and context. They are not professional, legal or medical advice. Do not rely on them for anything where a mistake would matter without checking them yourself.

7. No affiliation

Aitra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or Google. LinkedIn, Google, Chrome, Gemini and Vertex AI are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

Aitra is provided "as is" and "as available". It may have interruptions, and we may change, limit or stop it. If we make a material change to the service or to these terms, we will give reasonable notice by email or inside the extension. Continuing to use Aitra after a change takes effect means you accept it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or harm caused by a translation or message you chose to send. Our total liability for any claim about Aitra is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which for the free tier is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending use

You can stop using Aitra at any time by removing the extension, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data at support@vola.work. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you a right to go to your local courts.
